FAQ

What tools do you need access to?

Read-only access to whatever you use to track performance. For ecommerce, that’s usually Shopify + GA4 (and Meta/Google Ads if applicable). For service/coaching, it’s typically GA4 plus your booking/forms/payment tools (Stripe, Calendly, Kajabi, etc.). If you’re not sure what applies, the intake form will guide you.

do we have to do a call?

No. This is designed specifically for busy founders who are already packed with meetings. The entire process is asynchronous and flexible. you’ll get a written report + Loom walkthrough you can watch on your schedule, plus one round of Q&A for clarification. No live calls required.

What if I’m not running ads?

That’s totally fine. The audit still covers traffic quality, on-site behavior, conversion points, and revenue performance based on the data you do have. If ads aren’t part of your mix, we simply focus on the levers that are.

What if tracking is messy?

Also common. I include a tracking sanity check and will call out anything that makes the data unreliable. If something is too broken to interpret confidently, I’ll tell you what’s missing and what to fix first—so you’re not making decisions off bad inputs.

How does Q&A work?

After delivery, you get one round of Q&A to clarify anything in the report or walkthrough. You’ll send your questions in a single message (email), and I’ll respond with answers — either written or via a short Loom, depending on what’s clearest.

What happens after I get the plan?

You’ll have a prioritized action plan you can start implementing immediately, plus a simple monthly self-check framework to track whether changes are working. Most clients use the audit to guide their next 30–90 days of decisions.
